Barbell complexes are a great way to get loads of work done in a short amount of time, thus stoking the metabolic fire and burning loads of fat. It's basically a free weight circuit, using one barbell, without putting it down between exercises.
If you want to burn fat, and tone muscle at the same time, this method is extremely effective.
